Service Description

Using the soul's wisdom as our guide, we use somatic, energetic, and verbal doorways to expand into your gifts, and be with and coax open places the body or self expression has lost its natural movement or rhythm. Our time together can move more deeply if we commit to a series of sessions. You are also welcome to book a single session to explore this work. We will co-create our journey based on your goals and desires. Individual sessions can be held both in person and virtually.
